Supervised individuals in mandatory evacuation areas
Our priority is to ensure the safety of you and your communities. If you have been ordered to evacuate, please do so as quickly as possible. If needed, your officer can provide additional guidance. Once you reach a safe place, contact that local DCS field office for assistance with any supervision questions.

Find your nearest field office and its contact information here: https://dcs.georgia.gov/locations/field-office.

Sex offenders will be required to report to local authorities within 24 hours of evacuation, as described in the Emergency Plan document at the bottom of this page.

#TeamDCS
For #TeamDCS and their families in the impacted areas, your DCS family is sending you prayers and support throughout the storm. Please make it your first priority to secure your safety and your family's safety, and to follow evacuation orders in order to make it easier for emergency responders and National Guard members trying to clear the area.

More than 200 DCS officers are actively assisting in hurricane response throughout Georgia. All DCS sworn staff are on-call to replace active officers at critical security and disaster relief posts throughout the next few days.

The entire DCS family is praying for the safety and wellbeing of our coastal communities.
