Davida Hatton
Fidelity Analysis and Probation Options Management (POM) Director

Davida has dedicated her career to public service in the State of Georgia since 1998 and has been with the Department of Community Supervision (DCS) since its inception in 2015. Before joining DCS, she served with the Georgia Department of Corrections in the Cobb and Douglas Judicial Circuits and later as the Coordinating Chief Community Supervision Officer of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit.
She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Georgia Association of Women in Public Safety (GAWPS), the Georgia Professional Association of Community Supervision (GPACS), the Southern States Correctional Association (SSCA), and the American Probation and Parole Association (APPA).
Davida holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbus State University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Kennesaw State University. She has completed extensive leadership and professional development training, including Basic Management Training, Advanced Management Training, the Corrections Leadership Institute program, and Enhanced Supervision Practices Peer Coach Training. Additionally, she is a P.O.S.T. General Training Instructor and has completed the DCS Management Essentials Training and DCS Advanced Management Training.
