Justin brings more than two decades of probation, law enforcement, and leadership experience to this position. His DCS career includes leadership roles in Field Operations, where he served as Coordinating Chief of the Blue Ridge Circuit, Senior Assistant Chief, and Assistant Chief in the Gwinnett Circuit. Throughout his career, Justin has led large multidisciplinary teams, managed complex circuit operations, mentored supervisors, strengthened operational practices, and built effective relationships with judicial and community partners.

Prior to joining state government, Justin served as a misdemeanor probation officer and later managed a misdemeanor probation office that provided services to multiple municipal and county courts. His career has included extensive experience in misdemeanor probation, field operations, and leadership.

Justin holds a master’s degree in Public Safety Administration from Columbus State University and is a graduate of the Georgia Law Enforcement Command College. He is also a Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council (P.O.S.T.) Certified General Instructor and Firearms Instructor.
