Michelle has dedicated more than three decades to public service with the State of Georgia, beginning her career in 1989. She has played an integral role in supporting senior leaders and agency operations since the inception of DCS in 2015. 

Prior to her current role, Michelle provided executive support to the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Operations Director, and Field Operations Directors. She also served with the State Board of Pardons and Paroles, where she built a strong foundation in administrative leadership and public service.

Throughout her distinguished career, Michelle has progressed through a variety of administrative positions, earning a reputation for exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Her dedication and work ethic have made her a trusted resource and valued member of the agency's leadership team.

Michelle has been an active member of several professional organizations, including the Parole Association of Georgia (PAOG), the Georgia Professional Association of Community Supervision (GPACS), and the Georgia Association of Women in Public Safety (GAWPS).
