As Interim HR Director, Latoya oversees onboarding, retention, payroll, employee relations, transactions, and absence Management.

Latoya Doucette has served the State of Georgia since 2001 and joined the Department of Community Supervision in 2024 as a Senior Manager and ADA Coordinator in Legal Services.  Before joining DCS,  Latoya worked at the Georgia Merit System as a Director of Legal Services, the Georgia Department of Driver Services in the roles of a Director of Human Resources and an Assistant General Counsel, and the Georgia Department of Corrections as the Deputy Director of Human Resources. 

Latoya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and Sociology from DePauw University and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
