Nikita Hawk is a seasoned human resources leader with more than a decade of progressive experience in Georgia state government. Known for her strategic, solutions-focused approach, she has a demonstrated record of strengthening HR operations, enhancing employee support systems, and fostering positive, high-performing workplace cultures.

In her role as Human Resources Director, Nikita oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, and organizational development. She partners closely with executive leadership to ensure HR strategies align with agency goals, improve service delivery, and support a thriving workforce. She also leads major agency initiatives, including leadership development programs, annual management events, and community engagement activities.

Prior to her current role, Nikita advanced through several key HR positions at the Georgia Department of Driver Services, including Deputy HR Director, Human Resources Generalist Supervisor, and Team Lead for Benefits and Transactions. In these roles, she drove operational efficiencies, strengthened compliance, improved onboarding processes, and expanded support for employees and managers statewide.

Nikita brings extensive expertise in PeopleSoft, Kronos, PowerDMS, and state and federal employment laws. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
