Mary has served the State of Georgia since 2002 and has worked for the Department of Community Supervision since 2017.  Before her career with DCS, she worked for the Department of Juvenile Justice.  

Notable accomplishments throughout her career include the implementation of a statewide Field Training Officer (FTO) program at DJJ and serving as a critical member of the team to enhance and expand DCS’s Reentry efforts throughout the state of Georgia.  

Among her professional accomplishments, she is also a member of the Georgia Professional Association of Community Supervision (GPACS) and the American Probation and Parole Association (APPA).

Mary holds a Master’s in Public Safety Administration from Columbus State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of West Georgia.   She is also a P.O.S.T. Certified General Instructor.
