Special Conditions of Supervision

The court may impose any special conditions deemed necessary and appropriate depending on the nature and severity of the crime as well as risks posed by the offender to public safety. Some examples of court ordered special conditions are:

  1. Curfew - Abide by an established curfew.
  2. Alcohol and Drug Treatment - Undergo alcohol and drug treatment.

  3. GED or High School Diploma - Obtain a GED or a high school diploma.

  4. No Contact -

  5. Waiver of 4th Amendment - In some cases, the court may require the offender including his or her property be subject to random searches and seizures.
